themes. These should adhere to a formal, academic tone but be accessible
to a general readership.
- Others:
- Puzzles,
quizzes, artworks, or comics designed for young readers.
Submission and Formatting Requirements
- Articles
must be original and unpublished.
- Submissions
must be in English, Hindi, Bengali, or any other Indian language.
- Format:
Follow the detailed formatting guidelines provided here.
- File
Type: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF for text-based submissions;
high-resolution JPEG/PNG for artworks.
Ethical Policies and Declarations

Anti-Plagiarism Policy
Chilekotha strictly prohibits plagiarism.
All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools. Any work found
plagiarized will be immediately rejected, and the contributor will be
disqualified from further submissions.
Publication Rights and Copyrights
Upon acceptance, the authors
grant Chilekotha the right to publish the submission online. However,
contributors retain their copyright and may reuse their work elsewhere after
publication, provided proper acknowledgment is given to Chilekotha. Contributions
may be edited for grammar, style, and clarity without altering the core
message. The editorial board reserves the right to reject submissions at any
stage if they fail to meet the magazine’s standards.
